1. Orders

By placing an order on The Creative Lab, you confirm that the details you provide (name, address, phone number, and any customization) are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

2. Customization

For customized products, you are responsible for the accuracy of text, images, and designs you submit. We are not liable for spelling errors or design choices made by the customer during customization.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered (Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or mobile wallets, as enabled).

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return requests can be submitted through your account after delivery. Custom/personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective. See our Returns process for details.
